SHIPPING

At checkout we allow you to select a date and time that we have available, so please check confirmation email for these times. (Roughly 5 days)

We use DPD to deliver all our goods, You will recieve a tracking number once dispatched.

We will send tracking information to the e-mail address or mobile number associated with your order throughout the delivery experience.

Please contact directly the wholesaler using the phone number given to you on your confirmation email.

We work hard to lower our delivery costs, that’s why our standard rate is £5.00 and orders over £75 is free!

PAYMENT

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express – All secured by CyberSource in Partnership with Payment Sense

During checkout, you’ll have the opportunity to save a credit/debit card, add a credit/debit card or remove a credit/debit card. This will sit in your account and each time you order your card details will sit with the payment provider and for security reasons you will each time input your CVV number. Further security matches maybe required or placed by your card provider / bank.
We never share any of these details with our suppliers, and we encrypt everything the second you hit that “order” button. We use SSL encryption, to make sure no one (including us) can see those details.

ORDERING

YES. We have a minimum order of 6 per time as well as an minumum order value of £50. This is so that SAS Groceries can give you the best discounts in the marketplace for you offering value.

If there’s a problem with your order, please call the wholesaler and let them know. You can find that phone number in your order confirmation email. Of course, you can reach out to our Customer Care Team on our Contact page.

After logging into your SAS Groceries account, click on the “Orders” tab. You can then view all your previous orders. Any changes that were made to your order will be reflected here.
Here’s where you can see everything you’ve ordered in the past. Which is helpful for a few reasons. One, you can reorder anything you loved in just a few clicks. Of course, you’ll get the chance to edit the order to add anything else you’d want or remove anything you don’t need this time around.
If you have a voucher code, you can enter at anytime during the checkout procedure.
